Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive who not only understands content strategy but also knows how to boost reach and conversions using Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads. You'll be an integral part of our social media team, managing pages, creating content calendars, and executing paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Strategize, create, and manage Facebook/Instagram and Google ad campaigns (lead generation, traffic, engagement, etc.) Monitor ad performance, generate reports, and optimize based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS) Work with the design and content team to create engaging ad creatives and captions Develop monthly social media calendars and assist in client approvals Track social media trends and leverage them for real-time engagement Increase organic and paid reach, engagement, and follower growth Respond to DMs/comments and coordinate with influencers where necessary

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Pixel, Custom Audiences, and Retargeting.
  • Basic Canva/Design sense (not mandatory if working with a designer).
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives and captions.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and performance tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client pages.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns is a must.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
