Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for developing engaging and on-brand
graphics and videos for a variety of social media platforms. You'll work closely with the content and
digital teams to bring ideas to life through storytelling, motion graphics, and brand-aligned visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative static and carousel posts, infographics, reels covers, brochures, and GIFs
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, and campaign reels
- Conceptualize and execute campaign visuals based on briefs
- Assist in planning visual content calendars
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
- Stay updated with social media trends, meme culture, and design innovations
- Support on-ground shoots and basic photography (if needed)
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Understanding of video formats for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, etc.)
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a bonus
- Eye for layout, typography, color theory, and animation
- Strong time management and ability to work under deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or related fields
- Prior experience in an agency/social media team preferred
- Portfolio of past graphic and video work (mandatory with application)
