About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving targets. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, research, cold calling, and client meetings.
2) Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
3) Present and pitch services/products to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner.
4) Understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and close deals effectively.
5) Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
6) Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, PR, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
7) Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strategize business growth.
8) Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, leads, and client interactions.
